How to embed a Youtube video

For example,

This is the url: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qhSLKQeltrY

Now you have to take out this part "watch?"

You have now to replace in the url the = by /

And the result is: http://www.youtube.com/v/qhSLKQeltrY

Now put the url using insert flash.

Note that you can change the size of the video by changing the numbers between the [    ] sign
