Hey all. After a significant number of Zendikar drafts I decided to write a weekly column about my drafts, my picks, game play, and everything about Zendikar limited. This is my first article and my first time writing about limited strategy. Let’s go! *Evan Erwin’s tone*.

Hey y’all, Oli here. I’m here again to bring to you updates of our local metagame and tournament happenings outside our area that could influence our local tournament. It’s been a while since my first post. Due to busy work and family affairs, I was not able to cover the previous two tournaments prior to this. Sorry for the delay guys, especially to our chief editor, mercy please…

Good Day to All Readers!

I’m Oliver Mastilero and I’m here to tackle our local standard MTG metagame as well as the foreign metagame that could influence the tournament scene. We all know that knowing the metagame gives us the edge in tournaments, the way we build our decks and what cards to be used as sideboards, so it’s very important to have an idea about them.

Hello! I have been entrusted in giving some of my limited opinions. Through daily drafting I have rated some cards in the new set. Shards of Alara is certainly very exciting set to draft but can also be potentially misleading and hard when it comes to the colors because it has embraced a multicolored theme.

So I got this message from our local Mtg hero, Marco that he wants me to write about T1 for our site Magiciloilo.com. As he is the best player in our area and a friend as well, I couldn’t refuse.

Because I know that most of the readers of this site are not into vintage as much as I am (this is not really a vintage article by the way), I’ll try to write this piece as entertaining as I could. This is an excerpt of an interview a friend of mine did a while back. I hope you enjoy it.
